Do I really need hands-on CPR training if I’ve already watched videos online?
Yes! Videos can show you CPR, but they cannot make corrections, give you feedback, or answer questions that arise during the training. Hands-on practice with real-time Instructor guidance is non-negotiable for building true skill and confidence — especially in high-stress emergencies.
How long does the training take?
The entire Quick Responder experience is designed to be completed in about 60 minutes, making it easy to fit into busy schedules while still giving you real life-saving skills. This training is concise and convenient. We couldn’t have made it easier.
Can both parents participate?
Absolutely! Your session is family-friendly. Parents or partners are welcome to learn together at no extra charge. This training covers two parents per household. Should more family members want training, we offer the Heroes Everywhere Package for in-home training for up to 9 participants that is conducted by an American Heart Association Instructor.
What if I still don’t feel confident after the training?
You’re covered by our Unshakable Confidence Guarantee. If you don’t feel fully confident performing CPR, we’ll continue working with you for up to 3 months—for free—until you feel completely ready to respond.
What emergencies will I learn how to handle?
You’ll learn how to perform effective infant CPR and relief of choking. Bonus content includes: injury prevention, car safety, drowning, sudden unexpected infant death (SUID), choking and suffocation, falls, poisoning, and creating an emergency action plan.
