Meet the Heart Behind the Training
Little Heartbeats CPR was built on one simple belief: parents deserve to feel calm and capable when the stakes are highest. Our certified instructors bring warmth, patience, and decades of collective experience straight to your family.
Bo Gapas
Bo Gapas has taught CPR and First Aid since 2009 as a certified AHA Instructor, and his passion for empowering families has only grown stronger over the years. Starting with simple one-on-one sessions in his living room, he has grown Little Heartbeats CPR into a national program trusted by families nationwide. Bo values the diversity of the families he serves and considers it a privilege to work with so many kind, caring people. His mission is simple: help parents feel calm, capable, and prepared when it matters most.

Gain Life Saving Confidence in Under an Hour
Online-only CPR courses leave parents guessing. We don’t. A video can show you CPR, but it can’t watch your hands or tell you if your compression depth is right. Parents tell us they want more than theory, they want to feel it, try it, and know they could react calmly if their baby chokes or stops breathing. We guide you step-by-step until it becomes second nature.
